This project consisted of complete site development and new construction of a sanctuary and connecting educational facility. Site development included over 40 acres of parking lot lighting along with Utility Services. The new sanctuary included theatrical lighting, dimming, specialty media power along with sound and video requirements. The three story educational facility included classroom for children and preschool along with nursery space for toddlers and babies.

This project consisted of complete build out of an existing space for CSC. Included was a new service to the facility via pad mount transformers. The new service was fed by two separate power sources from the utility company. Also included was new 2000KW generator along with parallel 500 KVA UPS Systems. This data center had extensive grounding along with EPO Systems and a Facilities Monitoring System. This project was completed in approximately 90 calendar days.

This was four separate phases that were all a part of the remodeling of Memorial City Mall. This project included specialty lighting, new electrical meter/power rooms, floor boxes for Kiosk power and future power and communication conduit for tenant lease spaces.

This project consisted of a new residence for the Duncan's. This new 2-story home in River Oaks had approximately 17,000 square feet under roof. As a part of this project a complete home lighting control system was provided, installed and programmed by Facilities Electric. Specialty lighting and landscape lighting were installed and controlled by the Lutron "Homeworks System".

This project consisted of the remodel of an existing three-story office building and the addition of new square footage. This facility houses the administrative offices of NHMCCD. Partial site development included new utilities service and parking lot lighting. This project consisted of the addition of three stories
of classrooms on top of an existing three-story structure. This addition
included classroom space for "Second Baptist School" and additional Sunday
School rooms for Second Baptist Church. The classrooms included science
labs, art rooms and standard classrooms.
